Cozy spot for snowy days

We were snowed in for an extra day and it was actually nice! The lobby was super comfy with cookies and cocoa, and the huge fireplace. Breakfast was on point-those cheesy hash browns were a highlight. Just wish the internet was a bit faster, but overall, it was a great time!

The place was fairly clean with a very, very NICE and courteous staff with the customer service from everyone.

Everything was great from the exceptional service to the fab food. It had central location close to Oh Canada eh Dinner show. It was a beach area, a brilliant place for me. There were a coffeemaker, a whirlpool, and a safe box in my neat room.

The room had bad views.

Booked a room with spectacular views of the lake. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The staff was pleasant all that time. Convenient and prime location for our visit to a shopping mall not too far from the hotel.

I loved location and food - no complaints.

The location by Lake Superior is fantastic, with easy access to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, though the breakfast options felt a bit repetitive. Enjoyed the ambiance and cleanliness but wished breakfast had more variety for longer stays.

The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake, and the location couldn't be better, just steps away from restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options like pancakes, bacon, and sausage that exceeded my expectations.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi and the indoor pool. The staff were so helpful, even finding my lost jewel during my first visit. I'll definitely be back for my holiday!

I had a great time enjoying the awesome patio connected to my room and the fun electric scooter rentals nearby. The indoor pool and cozy leisure room were perfect for winding down after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the breakfast wasn't anything to rave about, but overall, it was a solid stay 😊

I loved the lakeside room with a balcony. Great view of the water. The beds felt so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great with plenty of options like bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Coffee and hot chocolate were available 24/7, a nice touch. The lobby felt inviting, perfect for lounging. The indoor pool was fun, but it felt a bit chilly in the pool area. I wish the air temperature was more inviting. I noticed some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive. The price felt a bit high, although the quality justified it somewhat. It would have been nice to have better heating in the common areas. A shuttle to local attractions like Bentleyville would have been helpful.

The balcony had a nice view. The room was clean and comfy, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Staff were super helpful and quick. Loved the hot tub and fitness center. Location is perfect, and the brewery next door was a nice bonus.

The Canal Park Lodge offered a pleasant and productive stay. The room was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and provided a fine view of the lake. The conference facilities were well-maintained, and the front desk staff were efficient in assisting with my business needs. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options, ensuring a great start to the day.

There was limited seating in the common areas, which could be an issue during peak times.

I appreciated the cozy lodge decor, especially the inviting stone fireplace in the lobby. The easy access to the lakewalk was splendid for leisurely strolls.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Great views and comfy vibes

Super nice spot with an awesome view! Breakfast was delish and the lobby's rustic look is perfect for chilling. Loved being able to walk anywhere in Canal Park easily.
